WSKL Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. While we aim to be as flexible as possible, the WSKL incurs administrative and registration processing costs with every enrollment. Therefore, no refunds are 100%, regardless of timing.

Refunds will be issued on the following tiered schedule:

1. Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Event
      - Refund: 75% of the registration fee
      - Rationale: Allows time to fill the spot and avoids most event-             related costs.
      - 25% retained to cover:
          - Registration platform fees
          - WSKL administrative and planning costs

2. Cancellation 8–30 Days Before Event
      - Refund: 50% of the registration fee
      - Rationale: At this stage, many logistics are finalized, and                       resources may already be allocated.
      - 50% retained for:
         - Admin costs
         - Processing fees
         - Pre-committed expenses
3. Cancellation 48 Hours to 7 Days Before Event
      - Refund: 25% of the registration fee
      - Rationale: Last-minute cancellation leaves very little room to             reallocate resources or fill the spot.
4. Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before Event or No-Show
      - No Refund
      - Rationale: All staffing, venue, and materials have been finalized           at this point.

Additional Terms:
      - All refund requests must be made in writing via email to
         wisconsinsportkarateleague@gmail.com.
      - Processing may take up to 10 business days.
      - Refunds are based on the original registration amount paid                 and do not include any add-on purchases (e.g., merchandise,             photos, etc., which may have their own refund policies).
- In the case of event cancellation by WSKL, alternate arrangements or partial refunds may be offered depending on circumstances.
